UPCOMING TRAINING COURSES
This is a 1-day tactical rifle course. This course consists of shooting on a static 50-yard range. Students will be taught fundamentals of shooting with their AR-type rifles, shooting on the move, engaging multiple shoot/no shoot targets, speed reloads, transitioning drills, and shooting from positions as well as barricades.
Equipment Requirements:
AR-type platform rifle in 223, 556, or 9 mm caliber
Optics for an assault rifle are optional.
4 magazines for your AR-type rifle, as well as a 2-point sling
One-point slings will NOT be permitted.
Tactical type handgun, along with a tactical holster and 4 magazines for your handgun
250 rounds of pistol ammunition as well as 350 rounds of AR-type ammunition
Magazine pouches for both a handgun and an assault rifle
Eye and ear protection
Load-bearing vests are optional; however, magazines must be contained in magazine pouches.
Green tip ammunition is NOT permitted on the range.

Requirements:
Students must bring their pistols*, 400 rounds of their caliber ammunition, and a minimum of 4 magazines. They must also bring a tactical-style holster capable of securely holding their weapon. (No pelvic or inside-the-waistband holsters will be permitted.) Eye and ear protection are also required.
*Please keep in mind that this is a tactical pistol course, and it is suggested that compact pistols may not be your best choice for this class.
